BAY RIDER™ brand Insulation System, formerly the Owens Corning ELAMINATOR® Insulation System, is a facing first, over the purlin, mechanized roof insulation and safety system for metal buildings.
BAY RIDER™ utilizes a power operated platform assembly that advances down the roof with the push of a button, while providing leading edge fall protection for the roofing crew.
BAY RIDER™ is ideal for installing both single and double layer fiberglass insulation on roofing projects where optimal productivity and safety are highly valued. The system was designed to meet OSHA regulations for low-slope roofs up to a 3:12 pitch.
Additionally, all operators of BAY RIDER™ must successfully complete Bay Insulation’s Certified BAY RIDER™ Operator Program, covering appropriate standards and procedures for the operation of the BAY RIDER™ components and maintain valid certification. Completion of the Certified BAY RIDER™ Operator Program certifies that the user has completed the highest standard training with respect to the proper use of the BAY RIDER™ Insulation System.
