Bay Insulation Systems is excited to welcome Sean Craft to the team as District Sales Manager covering New England and New York.

Sean brings fresh energy and perspective to the role, having worked in the construction industry for the past year. He was drawn to Bay Insulation Systems because of the company’s long-standing leadership in the commercial insulation market and reputation for industry expertise.

“What attracted me most to Bay was its strength and longevity in the industry,” Sean shared. “I’m proud to be part of a company recognized as a leader in commercial insulation.”

In his role, Sean works closely with contractors and metal building erectors to provide the support they need to complete successful projects. He enjoys the variety of his day-to-day responsibilities, noting that “every day is different in this role.”

Outside of work, Sean is a dedicated father of three children—one in college and two in high school. He enjoys supporting his kids in their athletic pursuits, from cheerleading and golf to football and basketball, and he also coaches local youth sports in his community.
