May 2026: Bay Insulation Systems and EXPI-DOOR Systems Both Honored for Zero Recordable Incidents in 2025

Bay Insulation Systems and EXPI-DOOR Systems were awarded with the 2025 MBMA Associate Member Superior Safety Award at the 57th Annual MBCEA Conference and MBMA Spring Meeting, held in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Both Bay Insulation Systems and EXPI-DOOR Systems are members of The Bay Family of Companies, and each received the award in recognition of achieving zero recordable incidents across their operations during the 2025 calendar year.

The MBMA Safety Award program, initiated in 2017, honors member companies that demonstrate exceptional performance in maintaining workplace safety. The Associate Member Superior Safety Award represents the program’s highest recognition for associate members, reserved exclusively for facilities that recorded no workplace injuries or illnesses throughout the full calendar year. It is a standard that demands consistent culture, accountability, and genuine commitment from every level of an organization.

For Bay Insulation Systems, the recognition spans 21 facilities across the United States. Honored locations include Aurora, CO; Baton Rouge, LA; Brooklyn Heights, OH; Coppell, TX; Eastlake, OH; Easton, PA; Fridley, MN; Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Louisville, KY; Memphis, TN; Norcross, GA; Orlando, FL; Pensacola, FL; Phoenix, AZ; Roanoke, VA (two locations); San Marcos, TX (two locations); St. Louis, MO; and Sumner, WA.

EXPI-DOOR Systems, also a member of The Bay Family of Companies, was established in 1999 with a founding philosophy centered on higher-grade materials, quality workmanship, and long-term product support. The company partners with metal building manufacturers and contractors to develop door and window programs built around personalized service and fast, accurate communication. Adding the MBMA Superior Safety Award to that foundation reinforces that EXPI-DOOR’s commitment to excellence extends well beyond the products it delivers.
