We are excited to welcome Ethan Hart to the team as District Sales Manager covering the Mississippi and Alabama Gulf Coast, the Florida Panhandle, and Central Florida extending to the Orlando area.

Ethan has several years of experience in the insulation industry, primarily in spray foam, along with a strong background in construction sales and business development. In his role at Bay, Ethan focuses on building relationships with contractors and metal building erectors while ensuring our production teams have the information needed to deliver successful projects.

What attracted Ethan to Bay Insulation Systems was our long-standing reputation for employee longevity. “When you hear stories of people staying with a company for 25+ years, it’s really encouraging. I’m thankful to be here and excited to build a career with Bay,” he shared.

Ethan has already seen steady growth in his territory and gives credit to Bay’s supportive leadership for helping him succeed from day one.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys life on the water with his fiancée and their dog. He’s a passionate Auburn University sports fan and a longtime follower of combat sports, including jiu-jitsu, and MMA.
