Bay Insulation Systems is thrilled to announce the addition of Frankie Price to our team as the new District Sales Manager for Alabama and Central Tennessee. Frankie joins us following an internal promotion that saw Norm Tillman, the former District Sales Manager for Georgia, advance to Regional Sales Manager. Wade Turner, District Sales Manager, then assumed Norm’s territory in Georgia which created the opportunity for Frankie to join our team.

Frankie was drawn to Bay Insulation Systems due to its notoriety within the industry. “Bay has a great reputation, and when a sales position became available, I knew where I wanted to be,” says Frankie. “The company’s reputation and the people associated with it were major factors in my decision to join.”

In his role as District Sales Manager, Frankie is responsible for maintaining existing business relationships and pursuing new opportunities within his territory. He has quickly become an integral part of the Bay team, enjoying the process of getting to know his co-workers and the customer base in his territory.

Frankie began his career in 1981, right out of high school, with a company that provided components for the metal building industry. Over the years, he navigated through various companies’ mergers and acquisitions, holding positions in maintenance, inside sales, inside sales manager, and then transitioning to outside sales. As a result, he developed a deep understanding of the metal building industry. Frankie’s extensive background and dedication make him a valuable asset to Bay Insulation Systems.

When asked about his most memorable moments since joining Bay, Frankie says, “Every day is a memorable moment. I am proud to be a part of the Bay Family.”

Outside of work, Frankie enjoys a variety of hobbies, including farming, fishing, cooking, and spending time with his family. His interests and hands-on approach to life reflect his commitment to both his professional and personal endeavors.
