We are excited to announce the addition of Cole Jacobs to our team as District Sales Manager within the Southwest region. Cole will be responsible for sales and customer support across Arizona, Southern California, Southern Nevada, and Utah. Cole’s background in territory management and sales, combined with his hardworking attitude and commitment to excellence, aligns perfectly with Bay Insulation Systems’ mission to provide top-notch insulation solutions and services tailored to clients’ needs.

Cole was introduced to Bay Insulation Systems through a close family friend, Jake Despot, who serves as our District Sales Manager for Michigan, Northern Indiana and Chicago. Inspired by Despot’s positive experiences, and the professionalism and dedication he observed during the interview process, Jacobs was eager to join a company with such an outstanding reputation and strong team culture.
