Aug 2026: Bay Insulation Systems Welcomes MBMA Board of Directors to Green Bay for Summer Board Meeting

Bay Insulation Systems recently welcomed members of the Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) Board of Directors to Green Bay, Wisconsin, for the association’s 2026 Summer Board Meeting.
As an MBMA Associate Member, Bay Insulation Systems was honored to host industry leaders from across the country for a multi-day visit that combined business meetings, facility tours, and a firsthand look at the people, operations, and community that make Green Bay unique.
The visit began with a guided tour of Lambeau Field, giving attendees an opportunity to experience one of the most iconic venues in professional sports. For many visitors traveling from outside Wisconsin, it was their first opportunity to explore the home of the Green Bay Packers, learn about the organization’s rich history, and experience a cornerstone of Green Bay culture.
The following day, the group toured EXPI-DOOR Systems, a member company of The Bay Family of Companies and a longtime supplier of doors and windows for the metal building industry. The tour provided attendees with an inside look at EXPI-DOOR’s manufacturing operations and highlighted how the company supports many of the same customers served by Bay Insulation Systems. Following the EXPI-DOOR visit, the MBMA Board of Directors traveled to The Bay Family of Companies’ corporate headquarters in Green Bay, where they received a warm welcome before being presented with custom Green Bay Packers jerseys featuring their names and the number 50 in recognition of The Bay Family of Companies’ 50th Anniversary.
Attendees then toured the Bay Family campus, receiving a behind-the-scenes look at the diverse operations that support customers across multiple industries. Throughout the tour, board members visited Bay Insulation Systems, Bay Insulation Supply, Bay Metal Works, Skyliner Fabrics, and Bay Converting, gaining insight into the breadth of manufacturing and distribution capabilities located within the Green Bay facility.
Many attendees expressed appreciation for the opportunity to see the variety of operations firsthand, particularly the unique manufacturing processes and specialized services offered throughout the organization.
Bay Insulation Systems extends its appreciation to MBMA, its board members, and staff for visiting Green Bay and participating in this year’s Summer Board Meeting.
