We are pleased to welcome Matthew Randolph to Bay Insulation Systems as District Sales Manager covering Virginia, all of West Virginia, and several counties in Western Maryland.

Matthew brings over a decade of experience in the building materials industry, having previously worked with 84 Lumber, Cornerstone Building Brands, and White Cap. His strong background in sales, customer service, and product knowledge makes him well-prepared to support Bay’s customers and drive growth in his territory.

In his new role, Matthew is focused on building relationships with contractors and builders, ensuring they have the right insulation solutions for their projects, and collaborating with Bay’s internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

When asked what drew him to Bay, Matthew shared, “What really drew me to Bay was the people. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported. The culture here is built on collaboration, integrity, and a shared commitment to excellence. It’s refreshing to be part of a team that genuinely cares about each other and our customers.”

Matthew is already enjoying the teamwork and camaraderie across the company and values the strong customer partnerships he’s developing in his region. “Building strong relationships and being a trusted resource is incredibly rewarding,” he said.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys golfing, traveling, and has recently taken up skiing. He also loves exploring new places and picking up hobbies that keep life exciting.
