Bay Insulation Systems is excited to announce the addition of Michael Gatlin to our team as the new District Sales Manager for North Central Mississippi and West Tennessee. Michael takes over for Mike Grist, who retired at the end of 2024. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Mike for his many years of dedicated service and significant contributions to the team.

Michael’s journey began at his father’s company, G&W Steel Buildings in Mississippi, where he gained valuable experience in project management, estimating, and sales. Over the years, Michael has developed a comprehensive understanding of the metal building industry.

Michael was drawn to Bay Insulation Systems due to our longstanding commitment to quality and exceptional customer service. “My father’s company was a customer of Bay Insulation for the past 20 years, and I always appreciated their commitment to quality and their great customer service,” says Michael. “When the opportunity arose to join Bay, I knew it was the right move for me.”

In his role as District Sales Manager, Michael is responsible for maintaining existing business relationships and pursuing new opportunities within his territory. He has quickly become an integral part of the Bay team, enjoying the process of getting to know his co-workers and the customer base in his territory.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys attending college football and basketball games, hunting and fishing, and spending time with his family.
